Here at Boone's Furniture & Gifts, Inc. we have striven for over 95 years to offer you the best customer service possible.  We want to make your shopping experience a pleasure.  In order to help make your shopping process easier we offer several services.  Read below to find out more about some them and if you have any other questions please feel free to ask!​

  • Financing

    • We proudly offer financing through Synchrony Home.​

    • 6 and 12 month options are available, along with other specials running throughout the year.

  • Return Policy

    • 7 days with receipt

    • All sales final on mattresses, upholstery, special orders, sale & clearance items

    • 10% restocking fee will apply

    • Delivery fees are non-refundable

    • There will be an additional $25 pick up fee plus delivery for furniture that we pick up

  • Furniture Pick-Up Procedures

    • Please let us know 24 hours prior to when you would like to pick up so that we may have your furniture ready when you arrive.

    • Please bring your own wrapping materials - we can not gaurantee that we will have something to wrap your furniture with

    • If you will need your furniture tied down, please bring necessary equipment - our warehouse staff will happily load your furniture but we are unable to provide tie downs

  • Delivery Info

    • We offer free delivery within limited areas - we deliver for a minimal fee to other areas

    • We are not able to move and/or set up electronic equipment
